Peanut Brittle Shakeology Shake


Peanut Brittle Shake:
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup water or milk ( almond, oat, soy ) 
2 tbsp sugar-free instant pudding mix ( butterscotch or your favorite flavor) 
1 Tbsp natural, chunky peanut butter OR 1 Tbsp PB2 and a handful or nuts

Frozen Fudgy Oat Bars w/Chocolate Shakeology

Shakeology Frozen Fudgy Oat Bars

Total Time: 3 hrs., 10 min.
Prep Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: None
Yield: 8 servings, 1 bar each
Ingredients:
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 scoop Beachbody Whey Protein Powder, Chocolate or Vanilla Flavor (or equivalent)
½ cup all-natural peanut butter
½ ripe medium banana, mashed
Nonstick cooking spray
Preparation:
1. Combine Shakeology, oats, and Whey Protein Powder in a large bowl; mix well.
2. Add peanut butter and banana; mix well with a spatula or clean hands.
3. Place in an 8 x 8-inch pan that is lightly coated with spray. Cover with plastic wrap and press down to flatten into pan. Freeze for 3 hours.
4. Cut into 8 bars.

No bake Chocolate Shakeology Cookies

No-Bake Cookies

Total Time: 10 min.
Prep Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: None
Yield: 25 cookies, 1 cookie per serving
Ingredients:
1 cup all-natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 cup quick cooking oats
½ cup raw honey
1 cup Chocolate Shakeology



Preparation:
1. Combine peanut butter, oats, honey, and Shakeology in a medium bowl; mix well.
2. Roll mixture into 24 balls, each about 1-inch in size.
3. Flatten each slightly so that it is shaped like a traditional cookie.

Spa Girl Tri Lost Pines 2014

Today I registered for the Spa Girl Triathlon...Yay!  Yay=Oh crap I better start seriously training!  I have done dozens of Tri's but each one is different b/c you are at a different stage in your life, a year older, new or old injuries, mental stage is different & on & on.  That being said, we are all at different stages and we ALL are going through something right?  So, embrace it and do the best you can!  It's all about having fun, maybe challenging yourself and above all being HAPPY and doing what you love!!!
