Ingredients:
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 6 egg whites
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 4 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1-2 tsp stevia
- 1/4-1/2 cup chocolate chips
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together then whisk into dry ingredients. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
